Thank you so much for such a wonderful and affordable service. From the first contact I had with you over the phone, you have been friendly, wise and helpful at all times. We have just sold our house in less than a week!! And... the best part of it all is that we know a lovely family is going to be living in our home, and (because we have dealt with them directly, rather than via an agent) we don't feel we are just passing it to 'strangers'. They in turn are happy that they know the history of the house and little things, such as where the sun rises and sets over the house, how many kids live in the street... things that a real estate agent would not know or cared about. Selling our home has been a totally positive experience, with both parties feeling very satisfied with the outcome. We even celebrated the sale together with a bottle of bubbly. Imagine if we had paid a real estate agent a huge fee, for just one week's work, to try and do what is just so natural for the owner of a home to do. We have told everyone about COMFREE, and how impressed we are with the whole service.
It is also a pleasure dealing with Ray at FOCUS. He was very patient with all the questions I had regarding the offer and acceptance form, conditions etc. It is so reassuring knowing that with his expert help we have done everything properly so far, and that he will be handling the settlement for us. We will be spreading the word about FOCUS too.
So... from very happy clients, we say thank you again and wish you every success with COMFREE. You are going to be such a huge company here in Australia.
