Just a quick not to say thanks from Karen and myself for your help/support in the recent sale of our house. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company right from the very contact & the response to our request of an interview was outstanding, this is what "service" is all about. Whilst, we were a little apprehensive at first. As we were taken through the "sale process" at the initial interview, it all appeared to just fall into place & that is exactly what did happen.
Our property sold 3 days after our first home open for the asking price, to all prospective clients I can only say, "Do your homework & Know/Study your Market" prior to going to sale with you property & then ring ComFree to list it as their service has the potential to save you heaps.
The product is simply packaged & the instructions are easy to understand with a reasonable price tag that goes with it. Everything I asked/requested was attended to quickly & with no fuss right down to picking up the signs & return of deposit cheque.
We feel that your company is going places & you can be assured that all our friends/contacts are informed of your great service. This is something relatively new to Australia but given time will become more & more accepted so we feel you should stick with it as you're on a winner of an idea.
