Just a quick note to bring you up to date with my sale. The property is due to settle this Friday at lunch time. I have collected all of the signs from the property and will be leaving them with Rod - Katherine - Helena. Jeannine and Rod have received an offer and have accepted it. (Cash offer) Their home is due for settlement on the 18th February. You will be able to collect all of the signs from both properties with just one visit.
I would also like to say that I have been very impressed with your company and professionalism. The whole process was simple and uncomplicated and I know that Jeannine and Rod would also agree that your company will go places.
