Comparing ComFree to a Real Estate agent, I showed over a dozen potential buyers through in one month compared to two different Real estate agents who had only 3 showings (including their open houses) within a 6 month period. I knew that the ComFree enquiries were genuine. The calls were direct to me and specifically about my property. There was no drama. I liked dealing face to face with the buyer, getting direct answers and knowing where they stood as opposed to waiting on answers from a real estate agent.

The signs were very effective I had lots of traffic at the open houses. I could advertise my open house on the signs days prior.

Price was very important, making sure the price is adjusted to the market place.
