I would like to say a big thank you for all your advice and support during the sale of my home.
Right from the first phone call with Sherree, ComFree made sense to me. The in-home consultation also proved to leave my two co-owners with the same impression.
After signing up with ComFree, the photos were taken and the sign was put up and nothing was too much trouble. It was a great feeling to finally get our house on the market, especially when we were dealing with someone who was so friendly and that we trusted.
The calls were slow to start, but after talking with ComFree staff and asking for advice we were able to take steps to boost the number of calls we received. ComFree advised us of a service that helped us price our house correctly and to have open houses each weekend. The combination of these two things, is what made the difference to the number of calls that came in.
We ended up selling with 95% of our asking price to a lovely couple that we are happy to hand our home over to.
As there were three parties in ownership of the property, it was important to us to walk away with as much money as possible. Using ComFree to sell our house privately, enabled us to do that.
All in all, working together with ComFree to sell our home was a great experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone looking to sell their home in the current market.
